Checking comfort確認舒適度
The right pessary supports without pressing too hard — a fingertip should pass between its edge and the vaginal wall. It should stay put when you stand, sit, squat or bear down.合適的子宮托能承托而不過度壓迫——其邊緣與陰道壁之間應可容一指尖。當您站立、坐下、蹲下或用力時，它應保持位置不移。
Learning to manage it學習自行處理
Many women learn to remove, clean and reinsert their own pessary. Your clinician will show you how and discuss whether estrogen cream or a lubricant would help.許多女性會學習自行取出、清潔及放回子宮托。醫護人員會示範方法，並討論是否需要使用雌激素軟膏或潤滑劑。
Follow-up覆診跟進

Watch for the first day or two首一兩天請留意 In the first 24–48 hours after a new fitting, tell your doctor about any discomfort, irritation, pressure, unusual sensitivity or discharge. Caring for your pessary子宮托的護理
Routine cleaning keeps the device comfortable and hygienic. A general routine looks like this — always follow the specific advice your clinician gives you.定期清潔可保持子宮托舒適衞生。一般步驟如下——請始終遵循醫護人員給您的具體指引。
- Remove for cleaning roughly every day or two, depending on the type and your clinician's advice.視乎類型及醫護人員建議，大約每一至兩天取出清潔一次。
- Rinse under warm water (about 20–40°C) for around half a minute.以溫水（約 20–40°C）沖洗約半分鐘。
- Wash gently with a mild, skin-friendly soap, then rinse thoroughly so no soap is left behind.用溫和、親膚的肥皂輕輕清洗，然後徹底沖淨，不留肥皂殘餘。
- Let it air-dry completely before reinserting.待其完全自然風乾後再放回。
- Clean it before the first follow-up visit, and never use a device that looks cracked or discoloured.首次覆診前應先清潔；切勿使用出現裂痕或變色的子宮托。
Many women remove the pessary for sexual activity; ask your clinician what suits your type. If yours contains metal (Gehrung, Hodge or Incontinence Ring), it must be taken out before an MRI, ultrasound or X-ray.許多女性會在性行為時取出子宮托；可向醫護人員了解您所用類型的建議。若您的子宮托含金屬（Gehrung、Hodge 或失禁環），在進行磁力共振、超聲波或 X 光檢查前必須取出。
